Assign maintenance tasks baed on the type of job

One of the great benefits of the auto assignment rule is that you can assign tasks to the team based on the category. For example, if the category is plumbing you can assign the task to either a member of the team who can help with that or to a third party contractor if you don't have those skills in house.
