It can be hard to know exactly when your maintenance plan needs to change or be updated, especially if you are stuck in a routine that you have been carrying out for a while. Is your current maintenance plan old fashioned and not taking full advantage of the benefits of technology?  If you are still tracking maintenance using log books or confusing spreadsheets it might be time for an update.
