Additionally, with the British tax payer funding the department, cost is an important factor for their procurement.

How we've helped:

FaultFixers has operated on two fronts with the FCO:

  • We were contacted by the Africa division's facilities team to provide a full end-to-end solution for managing repairs and facilities. Within a few weeks, FaultFixers was running across 20 residential and workplace buildings. Using both the reporter and teams elements of FaultFixers, we now provide the end-to-end facilities software for the Africa division.
  • We were also contacted by the UK and European divisions to make use of our fault reporting app. Thanks for our reporter app allowing any staff member to report faults, faults are caught early while they are easy to fix — previously the small issues were being left unreported, becoming more serious and more costly as time passed by.
  • We now hope to expand across more of the FCO's buildings portfolio.
